The ubond Story
Our Story
It all started at UC Canteen, when we were thinking about pain points of our university experiences for our college FYP project, all the way back in 2019. At last we've come up with one big idea -- the regret of missing out valuable opportunities that could have helped expanding our connections, or discovering new interests.
It is time-consuming to go through every mass mail that is being thrown into our inboxes randomly. Go for a search on Facebook or Instagram, everything is cluttered and it's always difficult to find the right page. Interested in board games? But what shows up in the search result is the Board Game Society old committee page abandoned years ago.
So we've decided to build a centralized info platform for all our juniors, and the future generations who will get to enjoy everything CUHK has to offer -- not missing out them.

We are "lo gwais" who have recently graduated from CUHK. So many have changed in these few years. We have witnessed the pre-COVID days, the dead campus during COVID, and now: a brand new post-pandemic CUHK.
We hope our experiences can help you live a more fruitful university life, and enjoy CUHK in the new era.
